Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
You can feel safe having a shipment from saanvi.net sent to your home or work address. All orders are dispatched in discreet and plain packaging. We ship your orders in plain brown boxes or generic white poly bags. Our shipping label does not mention the product names. Your purchase is safely packed inside the box with original brand packaging.
Delivery charge RS.60 applicable for all orders
We try to ship the majority of our orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.
We will send a confirmation email and SMS once your package has been shipped along with the tracking information of the package, You can track the status of the delivery by using our courier partners website.
While we always try to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will inform you by SMS and Email and provide an estimate of the shipping date for the remainder of the order.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to the same payment method used while placing the order.
Problems with Delivery
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91 -80 -27622773 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If your package is missing items from your order, please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. If you have been charged, please contact us immediately at +91 -80 -27622773 or email@example.com.

We may update our Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.
